Cancellation: Full refund deadline for 2027 will be announced; after that a $100 service fee will be deducted.

By submitting this form, the Exhibitor acknowledges liability for any injury to persons or damage to exhibitor's own material, products, or equipment. F.H.A.S.N.E. shall not provide any insurance coverage — insurance is the sole responsibility and expense of the Exhibitor. All applications are subject to review and approval by F.H.A.S.N.E. and the City of Boston.
